PDF not loading

The PDF at:

http://www.itp.phys.ethz.ch/education/fs13/tdw/tdw13

is not loaded. The PDF Viewer is opened but there seems to be no process in downloading the file.

Interesting....

But if we click in the Downlaod Button, it downloads the file correctly,
and we can open the file in Firefox...

Reproducible: Ubuntu 12.10, Nightly and pdf.js development.

Definitely a regression from #2719. If you pass append #disableRange=true it loads fine.

The server is returning a 200 when I'm issuing a valid range request. So this seems to be same issue as #3125.
