Making reference images on the Linux bot failed

Refer to #9886 (comment). The Linux bot has become really slow and now takes over an hour to go through the tests, which I think is causing the timeout of an hour to be reached.

/cc @yurydelendik @brendandahl for restarting the bot so we can try again with a clean baseline.
