Sometimes a query gets edited out under me. Then eventually when I try to save it won't let me.

If I'm the owner of a query, I should be able to overwrite whatever is there, even if it's been edited under me. This shouldn't be automatic - there should be a popup that gives the option to overwrite. Bonus points for showing what the changes are that are being overwritten.
