[Featured experiment] The "View details" button is no longer displayed if experiment is enabled but Test Pilot add-on is not

[Affected versions]:

• Firefox 63.0.3 and above

[Affected Platforms]:

• All Windows
• All Mac OS
• All Linux

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open Firefox browser and navigate to https://testpilot.firefox.com page.
2. Observe the buttons available for "Price Wise" featured experiment.
3. Click the "Install Test Pilot & Enable Price Wise" green button and follow the flow and install both of them.
4. Click the "Settings" top right button and chose to "Uninstall Test Pilot".
5. Click the "Proceed" button and after uninstall finishes, click the "Home" button displayed.
6. Observe again the buttons available for "Price Wise" featured experiment.

[Expected result]:

• All the designed buttons including "View details" one are correctly displayed with or without Test Pilot add-on installed.

[Actual result]:

• The "View details" text button is no longer displayed if the Price Wise experiment is enabled but Test Pilot add-on is not installed / disabled.
