Despite the doubling of major versions, there haven't been any significant changes.

2.0.0 -> 3.0.0 was just dropping support for Node < 10. We require Node >= 10 too.

3.0.0 -> 4.0.0 was just a package version bump. It should just have been a 3.0.1 or at most 3.1.0.

In any case, good to merge.
