This PR update the addons-linter to version 1.7.0, which also fix its dependency from a js-yaml version which has a security vulnerability (https://npmjs.com/advisories/788).
The js-yaml security advisory is also being added temporarily to the .nsprc file, because mocha 6.0.2 is also depending from the vulnerable js-yaml version (a fixed mocha version is going to be released as part of the upcoming mocha 6.1.0 version).
