Description

➡️ Refactored tests structure organization.

  • Moved tests/utils.rs to separate module tests/utils.rs - so utils.rs does not run as a test.
  • Renamed tests/codec.rs to tests/codec_test.rs

⚠️ Most importantly do not run utility file tests/utils.rs as a test.
