Fix:

This plugin style-switches for a second to CSS print view, while the Print
dialog appears. Then goes back to the screen-media CSS.

GOOD:

• The user gets a preview without asking
• No extra steps in the proccess

BAD:

• My mother might be puzzled by such a huge screen redraw.
