Raymarching: Move raymarchingTexture3D to example and update webgpu_volume_perlin #30531

Related issue: #30495

Description

There is still no standard raymarchingTexture3D that works in all cases, so I'm moving it to the example, I also updated the webgpu_volume_perlin using RaymarchingBox approach.
