Django REST Framework Quick Setup

This is a skeleton for easily setting up the basic functionality of a Django-based REST API.

Functionality out of the box includes:

• List of external dependencies listed in requirements.txt installable via pip
• User model that ectends AbstractBaseUser class
• JWT token authentication views, serializers, and functions
• File storage and upload path logic
• bootstrap management command for creating dummy data for local development
