Interactive Resume Builder

Welcome to the Resume Builder project! This is an interactive resume-building application that utilizes Shepherd.js for guided tours. This project is perfect for individuals looking to create professional resumes with ease and for developers who want to learn how to integrate guided tours into their applications.

Installation

To get a local copy up and running, follow these simple steps:

  1. Clone the repository:
    git clone https://github.com/mryashsinghal/Resume-Builder.git
  2. Navigate to the project directory:
    cd Resume-Builder/resumeBuilder
  3. Run HTML File:
    index.html
    Or if you are using a code editor like VS CODE, you can use live server extension

Usage

Once you have the application running locally:

  1. Create a Resume:

    • Enter your personal information, education, work experience, and skills in the provided fields.
    • Use the guided tour to understand how to use each section effectively.
  2. Edit a Resume:

    • Click on the section you want to edit and update the information.
  3. Save and Download:

    • Once your resume is complete, save it and download it as a PDF.
