Parsing html in description

In RSS 2.0, using HTML within the tag is allowed. I would like to request a feature to add HTML parsing support for the element. Without this, line breaks and formatting become problematic.

On some readers, "/ n" and "< br >" both work.This is an example of using "< br >"
<description>first line&lt;br&gt;second line</description> <description><![CDATA[first line<br>second line]]></description>

Hi, can you share a screenshot of the problematic content? I want to see how it's currently being rendered to improve the handling of this.

This has been mostly improved with decoding content based on the source encoding. Close this since there hasn't been an update.
