Initial release of BNGAL
What is BNGAL?
BNGAL (or bngal) is a software package developed to create co-occurrence networks from microbial taxonomic abundance data. The core bngal functions are written in the R programming language and are released as a package available from this GitHub repository. For ease of use, a command line utility is also provided to produce and visualize complex microbial co-occurrence networks.
