Can you add the :host and :port to the attr_accessor list with :token in it?

This makes sense if people are going to start using the gem this way. Just one quick change mentioned. Otherwise this looks good. |

It's sometimes useful to be able to use some API endpoint other than the default. For instance someone (like me) might want to use a different endpoint to tunnel the requests via transparent proxy.
@mtchavez please review
