Use ff for env var configuration #202

If you want, ff can also load from a config file, however I didn't want to assume between JSON, YAML, or TOML.

Let me know if you'd like one of those implemented as well.

ff easily allows any of the flags to be loaded from env prefixed with DUF, so --all could be set via DUF_ALL=1 for example.
