[docs] Add Complementary Project - create-mui-theme

Hi guys! Thank you for this project!

I want to introduce create-mui-theme.
It's the online tool allowing to create color palettes via https://material.io/tools/color and turn them into Material-UI themes.

Funny to see the color tool URL paste functionality which we temporarily had in the docs color tool PR.

Always happy to see alternatives, and new additions to the Complementary Projects section (plenty more out there that haven't taken the time to create a PR), but in the interest of fairness, and without a better sort criteria, I wonder if this should come at the bottom of the list?

@mbrookes What do you think of having a link toward this project in this section? https://material-ui.com/style/color/#material-color-tool. Idealy, I think that it would be awesome to accept a https://material.io/tools/color URL for changing the Material-UI theme live like you did with the color tool 😍.

@oliviertassinari No issues linking to this in in the color tool section (more is better, thank you @usulpro!).

Equally, no issue reinstating the facility to paste a material.io color URL in the docs, I'm just not convinced of the utility of such a feature now that we have a native color picker. Copy / paste was not fun.

@oliviertassinari Thanks, I started to migrate storybook-addon-material-ui to Material-UI v1.x.x compatibility in the latest ver (it's WIP at this moment).
