The assigned tabIndex for the SelectField is not being properly assigned. The assigned field is skipped when tabbing

Reproducible in the docs.

tabIndex isn't specified anywhere within SelectField.js.

Idk what's changing for 0.16, but keyboard accessibility is implemented property for IconMenu.
