Based on https://www.figma.com/file/vOx7rzFQZ9e54W81NReDdU/Utilities?node-id=1147%3A415. The current use case is for people that didn't find an issue they can work on. There are 755 open issues people could be working on currently. If they need this tweet, they might not be the audience of contributors that we are looking for. Removing this should help keep things simpler.
