[icons] Change icon source URL and add overrides

The added files caused by updating the icons source url to be the latest one (based on Material icons site).

• closes [icons] Missing "Area Chart" icon #39874 by removing AreaChart from the ignored list

• closes The "AppsRounded" icon isn't rounded at all (@mui/icons-materia) #41064 by adding overrides for icon that is wrong (e.g. AppsRounded from Material Design Icon is not rounded)

• closes InfoOutlineRounded  #44123 by fetching icons from https://fonts.google.com/metadata/icons?key=material_symbols&incomplete=true instead of https://fonts.google.com/metadata/icons

I checked both Material Icons and Symbol, no reference that I can use as an override. I think this should be fixed from Material icons.
