[RFC] Flattening data grid components props?

This is a question for this thread mui/material-ui#21453. It seems that we surfaced this question in mui/material-ui#21453 (comment).

I don't really have a preference but I think we should consider the case where in time the grid will grow and so we will have more and more components that can be customized. If we go with the flatten approach then it may become difficult to distinguish what is a prop that expects a component and what is something else. Grouping is nice, it keeps it cleaner.

Yeah, we can close this discussion #894, it's a duplicate of mui/material-ui#21453, it shouldn't happen here.
