Instead of waiting for an arbitrary amount of time for the MPTCP MP_CAPABLE handshake to complete, explicitly wait for the relevant socket to enter into the established status. Instead of waiting for an arbitrary amount of time for the MPTCP MP_CAPABLE handshake to complete, explicitly wait for the relevant socket to enter into the established status.
