Bump major version for Prisma to support newer openssl versions #993

On prisma 3.x with openssl versions greater than 3.1 trying to run migrations results in an error 'Unknown binaryTarget debian-openssl-3.2.x and no custom engine files were provided'

Upgrading to 4.x fixes this issue. There are no breaking changes for schemas.
