This release updates the dicom_tools and tomo_extract submodules to improve support for non-HFS datasets and improves usability in Windows environments. The application has also been packaged as a MATLAB App for easier installation.

Release Notes

The TomoTherapy® MVCT Dose Calculator Tool is a GUI based standalone application written in MATLAB that facilitates estimation of the dose delivered during Mega-Voltage CT (MVCT) acquisition on a TomoTherapy Treatment System.

This is the initial release of this application. Refer to the README for more information on the features available.

Known Issues

  • #12 Non-HFS DICOM CT datasets have not been tested, and feet first datasets are known to fail at this time. This will be corrected in an upcoming release.
  • #19 Dose calculation downsampling due to large CT datasets has not been fully tested. Some datasets may still cause dose calculation to fail due to memory issues.
