This achieves the goal of group only being allowed on the first element of a where clause or criteria group. The CriterionRenderer and WhereRenderer need some work!
Sometimes it is better to use an "if" statement than to use Optional theatre.

This enhancement allows more flexible where clauses. We now support grouping criteria at the beginning of a where clause, or at the beginning of an and/or condition. So it is now possible to write where clauses like the following:
