Two ideas:

  • Currently the system's "guess" as to where the correspondence should be directed is only available on the view raw message page. Could the guess be brought onto the holding pen's admin page; perhaps with a way to accept and redeliver all proposed guesses together (checkboxes, and a single button)?

  • As the guesses are invariably correct; how about the system delivering messaged according to the guesses, but adding an admin page logging what's happened in case there's a need to review?
