Document supported server versions #1308
Description
Add information to the documentation about supported MySQL Server versions (and notes about ones that have partial support), similar to https://github.com/PomeloFoundation/Pomelo.EntityFrameworkCore.MySql/#supported-database-servers-and-versions.
This would proactively answer questions such as #1307.
(Might be useful to also indicate whether the server software is still supported by the manufacturer?)
