Sync issues

1. Every time Obsidian is started, the plugin triggers all the notes from voicenotes gets synced again. Although I have Manual sync in the settings with 60 min periodicity, there is no setting to avoid resynch of all voicenotes every time obsidian is started. If I have 100's of voicenotes, the plugin auto syncs the notes.

2. In the readme section in voicenotes-sync, it is stated

Automatically sync data based on configurable minutes from VoiceNotes.com, Includes any AI generated summaries or actions'.

2.1 can a setting be provided to have date range say, today, last X days, where x=no. of days to be specified. voice notes-sync should then pull only from the specified dates, even when obsidian is closed and then restarted.
2.2 the readme mentions 'Includes any AI generated summaries or actions'. Can it be extended to include the below. the ones marked in red are my priorities.
