Symbol REASON_UNKNOWN defined in iec61850_client.h line 1160, is in conflict with symbol defined in file <Win-Sdk-Root>\um\winreg.h, line 1454, when using the library targeting Windows.

Guess the easy fix is to stick with using the pre-fixed version of the symbol: IEC61850_REASON_UNKNOWN
