- Update mainline and pkarr to the latest versions
- Fix endpoint setup so that it discovers nodes again
- Use workspace deps
- Replace flume with tokio::mpsc
- Async on a dedicated io thread donated to the tokio runtime
This also removes the flume dep TODO: move this on a dedicated thread "donated" to the tokio runtime.
