A lot of selected text - tooltip covers whole window

if we have a lot of text which is selected and we point cursor at it, it generates tooltip which cover all window.

For your info, this bottom left tooltip appears when you point your cursor at a title (showing its id), a link (showing its URL), an image (showing its source) or an emoji (showing its identifier).

In the next release, I will limit the height of this tooltip to 30% of the window height.

@Tnifey, it looks like you wrote your entire text with a heading tool.
The normal tool for normal text is the paragraph tool ;)
