Update py examples (#851)

* Update streaming_data.py

* revise all py examples

* add scanner.py example

* show signal counts in scanner.py

* fix scanner.py

* finalize scanner.py

* change foreground color not BG

* better peak decay and countdown timer

* revert countdown timer effort

* fix peak calc in scanner.py
