This PR have
dune substsubstitute version placeholder%%VERSION_NUM%%foropam pinwith a workaround.Unfortunately
dune exec -- satyrographos --versiondoes not show a correct version. This problem will be addresses by a following ticket.Cf. gfngfn/SATySFi#167
