Fix function calls that take no arguments

• Fix #18: empty parens for call to datastate get removed

Fixes to Sublime Text 3 integration

• Fixes the path of the Sublime settings to be the same as the repository name, so simple cloning to Sublime Text Packages folder should be enough. Earlier, user settings did not work without renaming the repository folder.
• Fixes loading of the plugin for Sublime Text 3
