Add tests for E format specifier

Description

• Uncomment tests that weren't working and now are.
• Add a few more unit tests to existing test groups.
• Minor code rework to allow using DataRow in new test group.
• Fix in code style.

• Adding test related with Add implementation for format specifier E nf-interpreter#2659.
