Description

• Add Tls13.
• Marked Tls and Tls11 as obsolete and update the doc comments to clarify that those are unsecured and shouldn't be used.
• General improvements in Intellisense comments for SslProtocols.
• Changed SslProtocol enum values to match .NET.
• Remove exclusion from SslProtocol enum from stubs (more convinient).
• Bump native assembly version to force fw with Mbed TLS >=3.5.
• Bump version to 1.11.

• Running TSL samples from samples repo in several STM32 and ESP32 devices. Following fw update in Migrate Mbed TLS to v3.5.2 nf-interpreter#2989.
