Improvements in ESP32 memory allocation #2104

Description

  • Allocation of UI heap is now performed before managed heap.
  • Add debugging help output for IDF memory heaps.
  • Rework managed heap allocation to improve requested size and maximize it.

Motivation and Context

  • Increase of managed heap memory for ESP32 targets.
