Entire thing is shown step by step with creation and running of the model along with explanations on each step for clarity.
Fixed track_all on Tank_Analysis and changed MultiFlow Demo behavior logic. Previous used x_up == 0 to change y and visa-versa. New one uses x_up ~= 0 to change x which leads to the same outcome and was more intuitive to understand the purpose of x_up/y_up.

Added a notebook for explaining and constructing the MultiFlow/Comms demo. Changed a bit of the logic to make things more intuitive for the user but it leads to the same outcome. Diff on tank_analysis is just from rerun, the only change is the graph at the end due to track_all.
