Feature Description

To prevent code rot and to ensure the tool works with dictionary updates, add the dp_product_writer.py tool (lives in fprime-gds) to CI.

fprime-gds has a workflow for running all the GDS tests (located here). I confirmed that there are test cases for the DP writer and that they get ran as part of CI (tests are located at test/fprime-gds/executables/).

Closing since this is already done and I will update test cases as part of #3465 and #3632.
