Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The UT object validity table was to check against old style passed in ID's vs the opaque ID's in current use. This required a limit, which can cause UT failures if it's exceeded.

Describe the solution you'd like
Remove the UT object validity table logic to eliminate the potential UT failure.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None
