Needed updates to the minor release checklist:

  • No longer need to run invest-autotest, since this is now run as part of our binary build CI
  • provide an example of how to do the twine upload with a pypi API token (because I keep forgetting how to do this)
  • Update name(s) of relevant comms people
  • Add a note (early in the checklist) to notify comms team about the impending release and planned release date so they can include release notifications in their calendar.

Also:

  • Subscribe the sw-invest slack channel to build failures on the download links repo
