Using a recent build of InVEST (3.14.0.post155+g49990e06d), using the sample data on Windows 11, I found that most if not all of the model's raster outputs in the output folder (not all of the intermediate files, though), have nan values. At a minimum this is messing up the symbology, but this is also likely a numerical problem.
Note that this does NOT appear to be an issue on the most recently-released version, InVEST 3.14.0.
