clone this repo
In chrome go to chrome:extensions. Make sure the Developer checkbox is checked.
Click Load Unpacked Extension and choose the root folder where you cloned this project
If you have the production version of this extension install, uncheck it's box to disable it while developing
To see changes to code as you develop, just reload the chrome:extensions page. Then reload the Jira board.
