So, after verification, there are three distinct problems:

• The command-line parsing of single quote doesn't work as expected
• StatCanDriver doesn't validate its DataflowRef input #171
• Data parsing is failing due to an invalid xml file #172

@CyLuGh The command-line cannot parse single-quoted positional parameters. It uses double-quotes instead.
But this is not a problem in our use case (PowerShell automation).
