changing logo_only back to false. without doc title at top of nav menu, it's hard to tell which doc set you're in.
commented out logo css that removed button functionality since doc title is added back to that location in nav menu

This PR re-adds the doc title to the top of the left nav menu. discovered that without it, it's hard to tell what doc set you're in once you leave the landing page.
