What needs documentation?

Currently our docs only explain how to create a FT / NFT contract from scratch. However, that is not a realistic scenario, since people instead usually uses the contract tools package to build FT / NFT tokens

We need to document how to use contract tools to create smart contracts

Acceptance Criteria

• Write a tutorial explaining how to use contract tools
