Rework Readme and Documentation of the implementation

We now have an outdated documentation of this implementation and unmatching readme files.
To add/change:

• Generic DKG
• Generic types
• Eddsa
• Robust ECDSA passive and active
• crypto primitives in src/crypto folder
• Echo Broadcast
• Serialization and libraries used
• Code Comments that include step 1 step 2 etc.. (usually in triples folder, e.g. https://github.com/near/threshold-signatures/pull/22/files#r2251477260)

This issue needs a more well-defined acceptance criteria to help reviews. Also it's quite comprehensive. I'd recommend creating several, more narrowly focused issues targeting more specific documentation updates so we can do this in smaller steps and get quicker review turnaround.

I am reviewing the code already, and that's one of the things I mentioned in a comment. Without that documentation reviewing the crypto in the code is quite hard and time consuming, so I am not targeting that part today.
