To test this PR:

1. Deploy Nebari from this branch
2. Create a new user in Keycloak and make sure to specify its email address (otherwise Grafana will complain)
3. Log-in with the newly created user
4. Navigate to /monitoring
5. On the left panel, open Dashboards and then on the main panel open the Main folder.
6. Navigate to:
   • a. Conda-Store
   • b. Traefik

You should see the dashboards working:
