Replace logger usage in Kafkajs with debug module #28

Kafka.js's logging is just ridiculously verbose, so we should probably not use the adonis logger there.

We should however add debug level logging that is Consumer / Producer added/removed, startup & shutdown, connection events, and message sent/received
