[cms] Catalogable widgets do not show synchronize button #100

If you edit a widget (all of them are catalogable) you don't see the synchronize button. Also the title of the window is missing.

I still see some problems. Synchronization from the backend console works fine, however synchronization from the cms console makes this GET request: https://solar.local:8112/storefront/rest/backend/synchronize?_dc=1445801675715&entityName=console.model.Entity-1&pk=12%2Fstorefront%2Frest%2Fparagraph_widget%2F112591702860597824 which is obviously wrong.

I added the id and now it works as expected.
