A command that prompts and guides a user to configure the CLI
Description
To use the Aura CLI it is necessary to first configure it to use the Aura API. This requires a user to obtain a client id and client secret from the Aura Console, a process that is not immediately apparent.
Having something like 'aura-cli init' would prompt and guide the user in obtaining these items and entering them so that the cli is then ready to use
